Parasites
Most people have parasites, but most modern medicine has ignored it. Getting treated for parasites every year may help health problems the body would be able to fight off if not for the additional parasitic load.
The most effective antiparasitics with the least side effects may be ivermectin & mebendazole.

Fenbendazole
Fenbendazole is used by vets for animals. Because it is inexpensive & over the counter it is often used by people for parasites. It appears much more bioavailable when taken with DMSO or salicylic acid (or aspirin). People with liver problems avoid it & people usually start with a small dose & increase if no side effects.
