Meds- oral vs sublingual vs liposomal

Sublingual absorption-

Taking medications under the tongue may double the strength, speed & length of effect vs oral ingestion

 

Liposomal

Taking medications with lecithin liposomes appears up to 4x stronger than orally.  Palmitate liposomes aren’t as effective.
